Perfect for delivery - ribs and burgers highly recommended. Even the fries always come out crispy / with the option to bake them in the oven.

Super delicious food / quality price performance fits, simply design via online order. Employees on the phone are very competent and helpful if you have a bit of difficulty with the order at the beginning. Evelynn was very friendly on the phone and on site in the restaurant! keep it up we order more often!

The steak was very tasty, the ribs tasted good but very, very fatty. What was very bad: We read in passing that there was 20% off pick up. So we came in spontaneously and ordered something. The bill was steep. When we asked, we were told that the 20% would only have been granted if we ordered online. Bad luck. No subsequent deduction, no apology, nothing. Very embarrassing for a restaurant of this type. The lady at the bar also looked quite arrogant. Too bad. So you can lose customers before you have won them.

The sweet potato fries were crispy and tasty. The cheeseburger was very good, although the meat wasn't super juicy, but it was okay! The salad was good and apparently fresh, the carrots were a bit strange but good overall. Fast, reliable and friendly delivery service! I would definitely order / go again.

Ordered beef ribs, fast delivery and awesome food. Sorry no pics as it was eaten super fast. Definitely going back when lockdown ends.

The ambience in the restaurant is very nice and stylish. The waitresses were all very friendly. As a starter I had tuna tartare, which was very good. The rump steak was great from the point of cooking. The taste was OK, but I would have expected more for the price. All in all, you can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience.

Nice restaurant and a clear menu. The steak was cooked to the point as desired. It was really of a very good quality. The starter was ok but came after 5 minutes. The service was great at the beginning when it was time to pay it took a while.

The steak and lobster were great, but I can't say exactly how many different people in the kitchen - including the chef - put their fingers in my food until it was decorated. Since we were sitting right in the Huebner kitchen, we were able to observe it quite well and we were really happy about it. The second negative point is that the menu does not allow you to choose another size for the Surf and Turf instead of the 180 gr steak. I only know that from fast food and it was a bit irritating here. It's a shame, otherwise everything would have been highly recommended!

The box was pretty good I must say (you have options of jalpeno sticks , chicken wings and curly fries) brillant when you have to watch a movie. I would however rate the service equally bad, and neither was the delivery any good. the guy shouted at me. Especially after being a regular customer it still lacked the basic manners to me. Due to this I probably will not order from here.

Awesome choice of tasty cocktails and beers as well as food and typical snacks. Huge outdoor area with sufficient seating. Clean restrooms. All staff members only wears spit protectors, not proper masks and don't make any effort to socially distance, which i found quite disappointing.

Very good kitchen! It's a bit more expensive, but if you value quality, you will definitely get your money's worth here. Unfortunately, the chain is not represented in the area, but would return to Frankfurt at any time.

Food, beer and service perfect! I came here for the beyond burger and it was delicious. But what made it even better: service was the best I've ever experienced. Everyone that came to our table was so attentive and friendly/smiling. Only wish: vegan burger bun :)

Great. We were there on Friday 4.9.20 at noon. Delicious cheeseburger, ash tower citizen class. The ambience was very nice, the service was nice and everything was very well looked after. We'd love to come back.

A short feedback from my appetizing visit on the evening of September 4th. The restaurant itself was fantastic, we were greeted very nicely and served very well, except for an unexpected behavior by a lady who should have been the boss towards a member of staff and in front of the guests. Employees among themselves have to resolve conflicts or problems privately. Otherwise, they jeopardize the restaurant's image and reputation.

Now also in Frankfurt. A dream that no longer drove into the pot for such great food. As I said: the food is terrific and definitely worth the price. The service here is on the ball and very friendly.

The restaurant offers a very nice ambience. The service - very friendly and attentive. Good menu with nice selection. The strawberry margarita was a dream. Our starters: the tuna tartare and the prawns were delicious. The rump steak was good. The fillet steak was unfortunately a little too long under the heat lamp and was therefore no longer at the desired cooking level. After consultation with the waitress, a new fillet steak was brought into the desired shape without much drama. That really tasted very good🏆. The side dishes were tasty and very plentiful. At the end there was a hot drink on the house as compensation for everyone at the table, very commendable! Conclusion: price / performance ratio, great location, friendly service. We would love to come back.

We were greeted very nicely at the reception, reserved places, we could choose outside or inside. The cocktail I ordered was excellent. The starters were okay, the finishing touches were missing. The spare ribs are very tasty, rounded off with espresso. The ambience, dark outside, the trees nicely illuminated, is something very nice to look at.

Was there three times. For me the best steakhouse in Frankfurt !!! Top ambience, top food, top service. But I have a small comment; The Indian waiter is very competent, but too pushy and over-motivated. In a store of this class and for these prices you would expect more professionalism. It is just as impossible for the waiter to reach into the menu what you are holding in your hand as it is for him to support himself on the table with his hands while he takes the order and advises. The exaggerated friendliness and the knocking on the proverbs with the lady at the table is inappropriate. It's just extremely intrusive and casts a shadow over his competence. Just unnecessary. That should definitely change, as that would certainly not only be a reason for me to avoid The Ash in the future. Ps: Otherwise there is not the slightest thing to complain about - great store !!!! I can only recommend it.

Overpriced food and drinks for mediocre food (much of it frozen, like the burger patties) and disappointing service. At such price points, I expect waiters to be professional and always courteous. This place is not up to the standard its price level commands. My criticism in more detail: 1) The 350g “boy’s cut” dry-aged rib eye steak for a mere 53€ (!) arrived almost gray on the inside when we had ordered rare, and this on a very slow Sunday evening with guests at only about a handful of tables, i.e., this happened although kitchen staff were certainly not exactly stretched thin that night. To make things worse, our guest had to explain himself to the chief waitress before he got the steak he ordered. 2) The sides were 4.5 a piece, ok in taste, put really tiny portions. 3) The spare ribs (23€) were too dark, almost black. 4) Burgers, which go up to 20€ without a side, are all made from frozen patties instead of freshly minced meat! Many burger joints in town know better than that. As far as desserts go, the nougat brownie is not of the melting core type of variety, so probably frozen too. In closing, I find it disappointing that the menu available online is incomplete.

The food was good and its a nice outdoor area to eat but it is overpriced.

Nice and stylish location in the middle of Frankfurt. You can sit outside between the skyscrapers around. The food was very delicious. My friend and I had a filet ladies cut and it was tender and perfect. It is a bit more expensive but due to the location and the food quality perfectly fine. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will come back.

Incredibly good service. For us it was Dajana. But others in service and reception also looked very competent and courteous. Prices are a bit higher but equal to all restaurants in the location on Mainzer Landstrasse. Chairs are also very comfortable. Servings could be a tad larger.

Great atmosphere outside, wonderful food and even better service. Inside can be a little loud, so I'd definitely recommend sitting outside. Pretty standard steakhouse prices, but very good

Fair prices, delicious food and drinks!

Food is good but service is quite poorly. We have been there three times, for two times they forgot the figes on one of our burgers. The other time, we ordered for takeaway and they forgot 4 (!) sides and all the dips which we ordered and for which we paid. Location is very convenient and free parking available more often than not in a quite densely packed area of Frankfurt, though.

Brunch was great. Especially the buffalo chicken wings. Crispy, juicy, and just a little kick to them.

Nice food, the place look cozy and nice decorated with a little Scandinavian touch. Great for some cocktails after work. The manager made us feel welcome. Thanks Maurizio for a nice chat.

Perfect food. Lovely stuff!

We visited the place on 6th February 2020. Food quality not consistent. We had onion soup for starter which was nice. Main course meals were ribs and steak along with side dishes that doubled the price of each dish. Among them "steak chips" and "oven onion rings" as per menu name. The chips rank very low in terms of taste and the onion rings apparently are not cooked on the oven but deep fried with lots of flour coating. Waiters friendly and helpful. Having said that, when I commented on the taste of chips and onions he did not want to listen.

Big restaurant, perfect for big business groups going out for lunch. There are lunch menus that, tried the cheese hamburger and was ok but not yet my very favorite hamburger. I guive 5 stars because overall is a good place, good price for the food, good location, atmosphere, friendly staff and nice music. Also nice that they take Sodexo checks.
